Do you charge extra for revisions?
It completely depends upon if the revisions are minor or major. For minor revisions, we don’t charge extra. However, for a complete re-write due to change in things at your end, we’ll send you the revised Invoice.
What’s your policy for payment?
Before accepting your project, we require you to sign a contract with our organization and transfer 50% of the decided quote as an advance payment. Payment details will be sent to you on your e-mail address.
I don’t have a large budget. Can you still help me?
We understand the needs of our clients including that of their budget. We’ll try to deliver an optimum solution within your desired budget.
What’s the process of transfer/file exchange with you?
All your completed projects will be transferred to you on your e-mail address.
What are your modes of communication?
E-mails are the preferred mode of communication for us. However, we can also communicate through phone calls, WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom.
Do you have any specific working hours?
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 – 8 pm IST. However, we are available on call in case of any urgent need.
Do you also post blogs on my website besides writing?
Yes, in case you wish our team to do so. However, that would incur an extra cost.
Do you offer creatives along with text-based content?
Yes, we offer creatives like posters, social media images, and blog banners along with text-based content which will be charged as per the project.
Will I own the content copyright?
Yes! You will be the owner of every piece of content we write for you.
Do you check the content for plagiarism?

Is your content checked for grammar, syntax, and typos?
